GREAT PLUMBER

I CALLED BUDGET HOME SERVICES AND THEY CAME THAT DAY! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL! THE BEST PLUMBER I HAVE EVER USED. WILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND USE AGAIN. BETTER THEN ANY OTHERS I HAVE USED. I WOULD GIVE THEM A GRADE OF A PLUS, PLUS!

Fast and Good!

I awoke to water coming through my ceiling, turned out my hot water heater was leaking. I searched here and like Budget Home Service's ad. Upon calling I spoke to a very informative lady that asked several questions and gave me a price right over the phone. She was able to schedule me for later in the morning. Two men arrived on time and by early afternoon I had a new water heater installed. They were friendly and proficient, using drop clothes to protect my house and taking the old heater away. I hope I never need a plumber again, but if I do I'm calling Budget Home Services!

Betrayed by an "honest" salesman

TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT: I got 4 estimates to fix my plumbing. BHS was the cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for, or at least what you think you will pay for: 1. The 'salesman' looked me in the eye and PROMISED that the proposed price would be the price, even if more work was required. He even shook my hand on it. 2. I was told that they would use a camara-scope to make sure the lines were clear. 3. I was told the salesman would be there the whole time to supervise the workers. WHAT REALLY HAPPENED: 1. They waited until the point of no return to jack up the price. My yard was dug up and sluge was dripping out of the old pipes into a hole in my yard. THEN the salesman calls to tell me that it is going to be twice a much as the proposed price. 2. I took off work for 3 days, and NEVER saw him use this fancy camara he spoke of. 3. He stopped by for about 10 minutes on the first day of work. He didn't even have the grace or consideration to show his face to collect my payment. This company had me over a barrel. They waited until the point of no return to jack up the proposed price. After a heated conversation with the owner I was able to get the work done for about $2000 (800 more than what this "nice" salesman promised. I would NOT recommend this company. They may say they'll do the work cheaper, but they don't keep their promises!
